Draw a picture with crayons like you are still 6 years old, then give it to someone who is very important to you
Take a nap
Go on vacation
Do a cartwheel
Make your own recipe
Dance like no one can see you
Paint each nail a different color
Take a bubble bath
Laugh at a corny joke
Get on that table and dance
Pick strawberries
Take a jog
Plant a garden
Make an ugly shirt and wear it all day long
Learn a new language
Write a song
Date someone you wouldn't usually go for
Make a scrapbook
Go on a picnic
Relax in the sun
Make your own home video
Kiss the un-kissed
Hug the un-hugged
Love the un-loved
And live your life to the fullest........
So at the end of the day............
You can honestly say that you have no regrets, no sorrows and no disappointments..

Our lives begin to end the day we
become silent about things that
matter.

As we grow up....we learn....

even the one person that wasn't
supposed to ever let us down,
probably will. You'll have your
heart broken and you'll break
others' hearts.
You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even
fall in love with them,
and you'll cry because time is flying by.
So............
take too many pictures,
laugh too much,
forgive freely,
and love like you've never been hurt.
Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no
second chances. you just have to
live life to the fullest, tell
someone what they mean to you
and tell someone off, speak out,
dance in the pouring rain, hold
someone's hand, comfort a
friend, fall asleep watching the
sun come up, stay up late, be a
flirt, and smile until your face hurts.
Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love
and most of all, live in the moment
because every second you spend
angry or upset is a second of
happiness you can never get
back.

New Year's Resolution?

I really thought about making a resolution this year. I mean don't we all do it? Every year we say things like:
"This is the year I'll quit smoking"
"I'm going to volunteer more"
"Talk to friends and family more"
ETC ETC ETC.......

 But we never follow through with it.
New Year's resolutions are for the birds....

So this year my resolutions are simple.
I will continue being who I am. I'm a simple down home girl. I'll love my husband everyday, like I did in 2011. And I'll continue to be blessed with the most amazing family ever. If anything changes in my life, it won't be because of some resolution I made tonight. It will be because it was supposed to happen. :) I hope you all had an amazing New Years Eve! And I hope 2012 is the best one ever for you all!

Be someone who lives with joy, with purpose, as your own light brightly shines.

Be, in every moment, the special someone you are truly meant to be.

He's Not Perfect

He's not perfect. You aren't either, and the two of you will never be perfect. But if he can make you laugh at least one, causes you to think twice, and if he admits to being human and making mistakes, hold onto him and give him the most you can. He isn't going to quote poetry, he's not thinking about you every moment, but he will give you a part of him that he knows you could break. Don't hurt him, don't change him, and don't expect more than he can give. Don't analyze. Smile when he makes you happy, yell when he makes you mad, and miss him when he's not there. Love hard when there is love to be had. Because perfect guys don't exist, but there's always one guy that is perfect for you.
